The t/a ws6 has the ram air and the formula's and the reg t/a have the normal hood, but like waterbug said you can always but the ws6 hood or there are a few others and put it on. Thats the only cosmetic difference between the 3

the stock t/a doens't have the nostrils just the ws6, the air gets pushed into the airbox from the front Hence "ram air". on the t/a and formula the air has to come from the bottom of the car. The ws6 hood only has minor effect on hp it more cosmetic then anything

You can put an after market piece that runs up from under the car and into the bottom of the air box. Same principal.

Black mamba, the "nostrils" are cosmetics that is all. Some TA's are WS6 models with the big nostril hoods. Other TA's(formulas or just regular TA's) have regular hoods with smaller nostrils. Again, its all cosmetic. Thats why some formula drivers and TA drivers buy the WS6 hood, because it looks mean! This has been covered a THOUSAND TIMES! THERE IS NO EFFECT ON HORSEPOWER.

Why do so many people buy the "ram air" set up that comes from underneath/air dam area and cut the bottom of their air box/radiator support?? That certainly is not for looks.

talk about newbi, is this your first DOMESTIC car, the question your asking is really simple, the big NOSTROLS ram air into the air box which adds about 3-5 extra ponies at hwy speeds, cant get any more simple than that
