I found a 2000 Z28 with 82,500 miles on it for 8,500. Do you guys think this is a fair amont for its year and miles...?

depends. if its an M6 i think those generally will go for more, or ppl are willing to pay more for m6, i know i was.

also the color of the car. the good colors like black and red will fetch more than colors like teal, green, light blue, etc..
