Default Car is missfiring- help!

It doesn't do it all the time, but under acceleration the car will missfire and kind of stumble. This has been happening only after I changed the plugs a few months ago. I checked to make sure all the wires and and everything was in tight. No SES lights. Is there any way to tell if I have a bad plug?

What type of plugs did you use, also check and make sure you didnt cross you plug wires. Not sure but if the plugs look really white that means your running lean. you could unplug your wires one by one and see which one changes how the engine runs, normally if you unplug a wire and nothing changes that plug or wire could be bad.

NGK TR55 and the stock wires. what do you mean by cross my plug wires? Will it hurt anything if I pull a wire out from the top one by one if the engine is running?

I would pull off all the plug wires and bend them and inspect the whole plug wire this way. You will notice cracks etc while the plug wire is bent. Check inside the plug wire as well.

Checked the wires and it doesnt look like anythings wrong. Could it be a dirty fuel injector?

It's pretty much impossible to cross the plug wires on an LS1 - the coil packs are directly above each spark plug. If the wires were crossed, you'd evidently see it - they should go straight down from the coil pack to the plug.

I'd check to make sure all the plugs are screwed in snugly and that the wires are all the way on the plugs. They can be a real bitch to get on sometimes, if they don't "snap" on, they usually aren't on all the way. I'd just pull them all off and re-install them, making sure each one snaps onthe the coil pack as well as the plug.

You could have washed out the plugs.

I'd pull all the plugs out and inspect them.
