^Its just a glitch and to the original poster my bro LOVES mustangs and I know for sure there is no such thing as an official SVT and Roush car. Maybe a Cobra with Roush crap on it though

Being a former Roush owner I can tell you that there is such a thing. It has nothing done to the engine but it has the Roush body kit and suspension work from Roush.

There were only 4 made in 04 and I 6 in 03 for a total of 10 made ever.

They were only rare because nobody ordered them, not because they only wanted to make a few.
If you look at saleen sales they went WAY down due to the 2003-4 cobra, because you could buy a better car for less money off the normal showroom floor. But you could still get a 2003-4 cobra through saleen as well.
