Nope. It looks like you are trying to load the sig directly from your computer, you will need to upload the pic to another host and then link it in your sig.
Try Photobucket or imageshack, etc

But like mentioned you need to find a company to host your image, like photobucket. Then link the hosted image in between [img] tags (I think it has to be lower case, not sure...) to post the image.
