if i were you, i wouldnt trade him.....keep your ls6...just because theres #1, alot less heat-sink, since your intake is composit, and his is metal, and #2 typhoon, if im thinking of the same one, is the ebay manifold, and i wouldnt waist my time without seeing some #'s comparatively on both intakes....just my .02

I would keep your LS6 as well. There's a bit of fabricating needed with the older versions of the typhoon intakes and they need special gaskets to work.

Keep the LS6. I owned a Professional Products manifold (typhoon for a 302) and was NOT!!! pleased AT ALL with the workmanship, ect. Don't get that made-in-china crap. Stick with you LS6.

you have to ask yourself this question: "Why does he want YOUR intake?"

Stick with the LS6, its one of the best manifolds you can get not considering the FAST, etc.

+1 for keeping the LS6 intake.

I hear that porting them will give you damn close performance (intake wise) as a F.A.S.T. intake... but that's just what I hear.

Can anyone confirm this?

I seriously doubt it. The LS6 intake is a one piece manifold where as the FAST intake is a three piece, which enables you to port the whole thing out.

FAST>LS6
