Whats up, I wondering if anybody knew how much hp gain a D1SC Procharger would give an 02 ws6. Trying to do a little homework before splitting with the cash. Ya I'm knew to this Ls1 scene. Thanks.

well if you go safe, fuel system, intercooler, etc. around 8psi prolly around 100hp gain. dont take my word for it but i think im in the right ball park.. are you sure you wanna go boost and maybe not h/c?

8psi max on a stock engine if youw ant to have some reliability with it. Maybe some meth injection to be safe. As said above get the kit from EPP, which includes injectors, fuel pump, ds1c and all the plumbing. With bolt ons and the ds1c at 8 psi you would be over 500 rwhp.

All I can say is my cousins running an ATI P1SC on 6 pounds of boost and he dynoed 430 on a bone stock 2002 WS6. So youll definately be making more than that. Hope that helps!

You should see between 175 & 200 H.P. gain if you get a good dyno tune after the install.

true true. I heard, that about sea level, 1psi was worth about 30 block hp. This seemed about right because before the procharger I was at about 330... and after I put on my d1sc at 8psi, I got 550. The clutch went quick too... get the clutch at the same time!
