Need opinions on mods with a car with mileage on it...
I have a bone stock 98 Formula WS6 with 88,900 miles that I would like to do some performance mods to. I am confident the bolt ons will do just fine. My question is, is it a good idea to do a cam swap at this mileage? The car seems to be in great shape, no oil leaks, runs smooth, good oil pressure ect, it just has 88,900 miles on it. What is everyones opinion here? Should it be fine for the cam swap? Or is that a few too many miles to now mod the motor?

I know when I did a H/C/I package on my LT1 with 72,000 miles, it didn't care for it much (ended up knicking a cam bearing and ruined the motor). Besides the cam bearing, the motor had some blow by, and it really wasn't a good idea for something like that on an LT1 with that many miles.
I am new to the LS1 world, so I don't know if this would yeild similar results. You guys are saying "it won't" but I just want to be sure.
