Default LS1 owner again, just bought 99 T/A

I just picked up another LS1 after being 2 years without one. That makes number 4 for me, so I guess I'm not really a newb. Pewter, gray leather, chrome wheels, quiet Magnaflow exhaust, shifter. It has 26k on it and I think I drove it more in one day than the previous owner did in the year and a half he owned it. Bought it from a member on the board, thanks Michael! I'll post pics asap. I flew from Raleigh NC to Hillsdale NJ yesterday and drove it back 9.5 hours. Wow was I tired last night.

F-bodies get in your blood, don't they? Very hard to give up one without wanting it back almost immediately. They are a special, unique car. I'm on year 11 of LT1/LS1 ownership and I think I'm addicted for life. These F-bodies are the 'crack' of car owners.

Yea, I started out with a 95 Formula hardtop 6 speed in 95, used 5k miles. Kind of had to get rid of it in late 95 after getting out of the Navy. Bought a 95 Z28 hardtop 6M in 1996. Kept it two years or so. Bought a 99 Z28 hardtop 6M in pewter. Kept it a while, got the hotcam, 4.10's, Borla, hypertech, lid. I believe that car ran 12.50's or so. That was after I bought it back a second time 6 months after I traded it, it went to 3 different dealers. Then I bought a used 99 Z 6m with ttops, pewter, dark gray leather, hooked it up with a 224/228 and all bolt ons. Kept it 2 years, sold it two years ago and here I am. Try to have pics tomorrow, nothing special to look at though. Standard pewter TA, but very clean.

Got some pics tonight, a little dark and I didn't doctor them.

A friend from work tried me from a 60mph roll on his 06 GSXR600. Let's just say he won't be coming to work tomorrow with much to say. It really surprised me.....
