HELP! I dont know whats wrong.
OK First things first.
The mods I have are SLP Lid and Hookers Super Comp. LT's with ORY
With that said my car is running like ****. Basically the car runs fine when I am driving normal. But when I go WOT or even like 75-90% throttle the car just doesnt down shift. It is weird because when it does shift its not like slipping or anything like that. I don't really know where to start on this because there is alot of stuff I need to fix exhaust wise. Also I dont know if I fucked up my computer with not running with 02's for about 6 months. Please help.

how fast are you going when you dont downshift.
Automatics have "dead zones" the infamous 35 mph is a dead zone.
Try doing it at 15-20 mph. If It doesnt down shift my money would be that something is wrong with your torque converter.

20-30mph is the downshift sweet spot for a 3.23 geared auto. The 3.23 car is good for a downshift to 1st at up to 29-30mph. The 2.73 car is good for a downshift to 1st at up to 36-37mph.
Dead zone for a 3.23 car is about 30-45ish. For a 2.73 car it's about 38-55ish.
As for the issue at hand, improper downshifting or lack of downshifting can be due to many factors. Both PCM/sensor related, or a hard parts issue inside the trans. Maybe try some searching in the Auto Trans section, or even the PCM/Diagnostic area if you feel it may be PCM related.
