best way to use seafoam

I just heard about this stuff right now and it seems like it is what Im looking for. I need to know the best way to use it. I have heard in the fuel tank and also in a vacuum line. Which way is the best and easiest,. Also, what exactly does this do

Do a search. There is a huge writeup somewhere that covers everything. I believe it's a sticky in one of the forums.
