It depends on where you live.

I'm in AZ with a clean record 25yr old. $750.00 6 mo, but the wife is on the policy and she has an accident and a ticket
on whoever said women are better drivers

If you can, try to get it under your parents' name. I know my car for full coverage under my name would have been like $800 or something every 6 months. But under my mom's policy and me as the primary driver it is ~$340 every 6 months. 22 yo with 1 ticket on my record (3rd day I had my license for screeching tires LOL). It will also depend on where you live. Obviously if you live in a city like Chicago or Miami it will be more than if you live in po-dunk Illinois.

24 in Houston, $103 a month for two cars full coverage.

No matter what suggestions you decide to take, do this and you will set yourself up to succeed in the future: Get an insurance company and STICK WITH THEM! Mine is so cheap bc (knock on wood) no tickets, no accidents, and I have been with them for about 5 years now.

wow, I thought I was paying through the nose.....I don't feel so bad now after reading these posts!

I'm 23, with no tickets, never been stopped......yet

I have full coverage and glass, with a $250 deductible and I'm paying $104 a month for BOTH the Z28 and Grand National together, that's even with a stated value policy on my GN for around $15K. This is through Allstate.

I pay about 83 dollars a month for my Firehawk (I'm 23) in Ohio with full coverage, $500 for my fault accidents and $0 deductable on other fault accident (includes glass, theft, vandalism, etc.). though I am a member of SAE and I get a 20% discount through Liberty Mutual for my auto insurance. Both me and my wife are insured for under $1400 a year. I think it is a great deal. Student memberships are only $10.

Before Liberty Mutaul I was with State Farm and I paid about $1300 a year for the same coverage.

Insurance is going to change dramatically from company to company and then from state to state. I have recieved quotes from $800 a year to $3500. Best bet is to fish around with all the different companies.

I'm 22 with one ticket on my '96 z28 a year ago i was paying $200 a month. This year i bought my first house and the payment plummeted. Now with a house, full coverage on my 2000 z28, and liability on my '96 which was just sold so need to take that off it is 1600 per year for all three together. Who would have thought it i'm saving money after buying a house.
