They will run about an 8.73 on average in the 1/8.That is about a 13.6 in the 1/4.

Yeah, Ive seen anywere from a 8.54 to a 8.78 on properly driven stock 98 cars on street tires.....its all in the 60ft and powershifting.

ive seen more stock people run 8.8 than anything else.
then again i ran 8.6@84 and ran 13.5@105 2.0something 60ft i belive. when i was stock

8.6 to 8.9 depending on traction. a crappy track and you could spin off with a 2.2-2.3 60ft like ive did a few times.

Umm... since the OP isn't grasping the "joke" it seems... I think the Z29 is faster then a Z28 due to having 9 cylinders instead of only 8 though I may be wrong?

Your right, I was told by the previous owner that my car was a Z29 "special edition camaro" but when I checked the vin after I bought it stated it was only a Z28... oh man I about **** myself.......... not!
