most m6 cars with lid and cat back lay down 315-320ish rwhp and low 13s in the 1/4 at a good track close to sea level

Very low 12's and maybe some high 11's with some traction and good driving.

Throw some tires on and they will be good for a mid 12.

one of the best mods you can do to a almost stock car is throw a good tire on the rear. I would say you are good for mid 13 to low 13's for a first time out. If you know how to throw the gears then you could be in the mid 12's

I run 13.0 flat at 108 with similar mods and a hand held tune. I'm a TC or tires away from 12's I guess. I hooked decent on the 13.0 run on street tires. A little wheel hop through 1st and none in 2nd up.

Can't help you with the headers. RevXtreme in Tampa did them and the guy made it look easy.

You should try a poll to see how many people dropped their engines to install headers.

1 vote for god no, thats alot of un-needed hassle to isntall LT's, jack the car up high enough to have room to manuver the headers into place, passenger side should pull out like nothing, driver side disconect the steering linkage and your golden.

I think when he said stage 1 he ment instead of the loud mouth II exhaust, but anyways, id say about 320-325 without a tune, get a tune and probably around 340, 1/4 anywhere from 12.9-13.4 depoending on driver
