Default Quick question about fuses and such

On my stock radio, some of the preset numbers don't light up as well as the AM/FM, CD, etc. Is this a blown fuse or something else. If its the fuse, where is that fuse located?

Also my cruise control no longer works, i checked and made sure everything was hooked up, and i also looked at the the AC Cruise fuse in the fuse box under the hood and it was fine. Anyone have any ideas? thanks?

As far as the radio goes, I doubt its a blown fuse, or else the radio wouldnt work at all. A bulb probably went bad, but you can double check just to make sure. The radio fuse is in the door jam.

Like said earlier probably not the fuse - but the panel is on the drivers of the dash, just pull on the bottom of the cover.

Open the driver side door, look at the end of the dash on the side(facing the door). There is a plastic cover, pull it off, and underneath are all the fuses.

Sounds like its grounding out somewhere. Id pull the radio out real quick and see if there are any exposed or bare wires.
