There is no way to answer your question with the info you have provided.

Depending on the size, a vacuum leak can either drastically effect performance or barely at all. The only way to know would be to hook up a scanner and look at stuff like LTFTs, O2s, etc.

considering both of these are after the maf and before the front o2s, they can effect the A/F ratios and cause an off tune....car may run rich depending on the computers perception....unmetered air needs to be taken care of, fixing leaks shouldnt be that hard to deal with

I will echo the above. Unmetered air is bad.
Did you loosen or take of the EGR. It could be as simple as a gasket or just not tight enough.

The rear leak is probably your MAP sensor. As far as performance, it will probably be running rich, get it fixed before you foul up your plugs.

YOu were probably(likely?) running rich.

You can try and reset the ECU, but I've never had much luck withthat in these cars.

Chances are you can keep driving like normal and it'll go away on its own. Assuming you've corrected the problem are are no longer running rich.

I had cat efficiancy code a few weeks ago. Bottle ran out and I didn't switch it off, so richness ensued. It cleared up though in probably a week.
