Default looking to buy, would like some suggestions..

hey everyone i currently have my 93 TA but i want a 01' or 02" TA now, can someone give me some suggestions for what to look for when i find a car i like to spot potental problems with the 01s or 02s? if there are any? just wanna add to the knowledge i already have thanks guys

I've got one suggestion, find one that is still stock or close. If you buy an already modded one, or one set up to race, you won't know how much it has been banged on. If you find a stock one it is less likely to have been worked hard.

Check the rear main for leaks (common problem), check the intake bellow for a plugged nitrous port possible, listen to the rear end when you test drive it, and then check out the basic stuff you would normally check out.

as stock as possible is def the way to go. My stang was modded to no end when I bought it...now I bought a chevy...*crosses fingers*
