Question hizzing sound in engine?

Can someone help and tell me what might be wrong with my car. My SES light turned on didn't know why... i looked under the hood and I'm starting to hear like a hizzing noise coming from like the engine area more specific it sounds like its coming from the throttle and intake connection area as it connects to the engine...but does anyone know what that hizzing sound might be i think if i fix that my SES light will turn off

Find out what code its throwing to light the SES and go from there. Doing it the opposite way by replacing parts until you get the SES to go out is a possibly expensive and silly way to go about it.

auto zone does free scans and will give you the code. get that code and give it to us and we will tell you exactly what needs to be done.

hey guys thanks for the help... I looked under the hood one more time and found the source of the noise.. it seems its coming out from a small black rubber pipe that has a small hole in it... next question is can i get this small rubber pipe at my local autoparts store?...and did this hole affect my gas milege because i got about 50 less miles with a full tank?

It might have affected gas mileage.

I suppose it really does matter which black rubber pipe is punctured though.

Or you just might have been a little too heavy on the throttle and the hose is just coincidence.
