Car runs rough?

Default Car runs rough?

At WOT when i shift into 3rd, 3-4etc. When the rpm drops when i shift it will almost like cut out,and be low on power when its under a load,until it gets to about 5 grand then in clears up? Car is 00 Ws6 M6,Bolt on car!
Plugs and wires are changed i have checked everything,there are no warning lights on,no codes,and now it dies at idle sometimes and pops and jerks while coasting in gear,I have ran out of things to check and change,and its wierd because sometimes it runs out fine but most of the time it still does it! Anybody have any clues or idea??
Oil pressure is fine and when your normal driving it runs good,car has LT headers,high flow cats, lid, TB spacer,delphi MAF.

Dude Not to Highjack but I think mines doing this same thing. I was about to post something to, under a light loads in 4th at about 2 grand does it like feel like a missfire or just drops off for a secound at or at 1500 in 5th? and it sputters at Idol alittle. Im thinking its my exhaust leak but im not sure I changed my plugs thinking that was it and I didnt have the exhaust leak before then (Damn AIR fitting but thats another story) sorry about the rant but im curious about it myslef!

could be fuel pump maybe??

I'll take a guess that its an o2 sensor or two.

Did a code flash?

could be fuel pump or fuel filter. either way it kinda sounds like a fuel problem. not 100% sure because i cant be there to hear it and actually diagnose it but i would change the fuel filter and see if it clears up a little bit

i doubt its an o2 because the pcm ignores signals from the o2 at WOT. However, i wouldnt be surprised if that delphi maf had a dead spot in it and is causing the sudden loss of power on shifts.

Thats what i was thinking to,so i unplugged it for a day and ran it in limp mode,and it still does it,I changed the fuel filter.it runs a little better but still doesnt help it,there are no codes?? I was thinking maybe an o2 but when i unpluged the maf,i think that puts it in SD mode which cancels out the o2's right? Im lost with this guys,haha.

Its just wierd because sometimes it runs out fine,like it used to,but most of the time it runs like crap.maybe it is a fuel pump,but its wierd how it only does it in 3rd and 4th at WOT.

I talked to some LSX people they said may be coil packs cause the hesitation or "Fall off" my try that if you already havnt.thats my next step if the exhaust leak fix doesnt do anything.

I have some exhaust leaks ill try to fix them first to i guess,wont hurt anything!

Yeah where are they mine are right where the AIR tube should be so Im thinking that might be it. I hear that exhaust leaks rob power and mileage pretty bad so that might be the first thing to check out cause it isnt shouldnt be that expencive. if you dont have it fixed by monday Ill tell you how mines running I should get the race headers on there by then.

Dude it has several,I guess ill start checking for them,they are mostly around the o2's and cats,but deff let me know if it helps your car out!

could be a fuel pump im guessing, check the psi your getting to the fuel rail

I need to buy a gauge,anyone know what psi its supposed to run at?

around 56 if i remember correctly

it could also be the tune...has it changed recently?

I have been thinking about it what are symtoms(sp) of a fly wheel going out? could it be like a fly wheel being warped and kinda I guess skipping? I know I have a new centerforce clutch, master and slave cylinder that is the only thing I havent replaced.What do you have in yours brady?

I was thinking the same thing,I have a spec stage 4 in mine,maybe something to do with the transmission/flywheel,or crank angle position sensor,which reads off the flywheel?? I reset my computer,fixed my exhaust leaks and threw on a spare egr for the heck of it and its still doing it in 3rd gear under wot.
