Default Help with window motor

Yesterday my 2000 Z28 starting having the classic problem with the drivers side window...going down ok, up an inch, wait awhile , another inch. I used shbox.com’s directions from here http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html but now the window will only go up or down an inch and then stop in the same place. The window slides up and down smoothly without the motor bolted in place. Thanks for the help!

Step 1: Replace the motor.
Step 2: Enjoy your newly fast windows.

Motor has been replaced, seems to be binding while trying to go up or down. Is there anything else i should be looking at?
