stripped lug nut

you may try taking an old socket thats just slightly too small and hammering it on over the lug.
i'm assuming you mean a rounded off lug and not a lug with stripped threads...

the lugnut removal deals work. Drilled out 3 of the 4 locks that I didnt have keys for on my talon when i had that, untill my dad came home with that, took about 5 minutes, as compared to the previous hours I spent drilling hardened wheel studs......

As mentioned in a previous post Sears makes tools that work good for a stripped nut. I've hammered a slightly smaller 12 pt socket on a locking lugnut that a braindead tire repair technician wrecked. You can also use a wirefeed welder to weld another nut to the bad one. Good luck.
