Verifying SS

Verifying SS
I thought i had checked all the codes when i bought my 1998 Camaro SS.
It had WU8-code on an RPO-sticker on the drivers side door. As well as the right codes for engine etc...
I compared the VIN from the sticker to the one on the windshield (kind of). It checked ok.
But now a friend of mine starts talking about some tire inflation sticker... That should read 275/40/17 on an SS or something... What's this and where is it located?
While on the subject... What i see on my 1998 at the drivers side of the windshield by the dash is the FULL VIN-code, right?
Just want to make sure all things are in order. And that all identification is intact.

Call SLP, tell them your Vin# and they will tell you what number your SS is.

The SS's shoes were wrapped in BFG G-Force 275/40/17 and the Z28 was 245/40/17
if you call SLP Like mentioned above they will tell you if its an SS first off and then what build number it is.

Says 275/40/ZR17. And it matches the VIN. Guess it's genuine then.
I'll PM my VIN to get my build number back. Could be interesting to know.
No Y2Y-code though... That means no extras right?
