Default Having a problem with my blinkers, please help

On my 00 TA my passanger side front blinker does not work. The running light works, as does the rear blinker. I have already replaced the fuses ( none were working before the fuse swap ). Can anyone give me some help as to how and where to troubleshoot? I need to get her inspected and they will not pass it until both blinkers work

THanks

Could be a loose wire. I replaced the bulbs in mine this weekend and accidently pulled one of the 3 wires loose when I was reinstalling it. Same symptoms: running lights worked, but would not blink and tail light stayed on. I plugged the wire back in and the problem went away.
