Two 10mm bolts hold the valve to it's baseplate. If you want to remove the whole system, you'll need to remove two bolts from the p side manifold, the baseplate on the p side cyl head and the tube running to the intake.

if you do a search on this forum you'll get a ton of info. i just did it, i just followed all the hoses and started from the EGR port in the intake mani. It was pretty straight forward. I order the EGR delete kit from Speed Inc (a sponsor here), it was $24.00 to my door. Only other thing needed was RTV for sealing the caps to the headers. The air delete was easy, GM had a good plan when designing the under side plastic, remove two bolts (10mm I think) pull the plastic back and 3 bolts holding the AIR pump.

I think it took me just under an hour, I was careful when pulling the hose from behind the manifold.
