Default real quick question on porting tb

hey i am porting my tb myself for the first time and i wanted to ask, can i shave away that little ridge after the throttle blade??? and do i have to use washers for the throttle blade since i cut the shaft??? and can i completly grind away that ridge b4 the throttle blade or do i jus smooth it out?? thanks

You look fine from what I can see. I'll try to see if I can find the photos I took when I was do'n mine. a few years back. Your gonna polish it out after right?

well yup actually im done with it and it came out real good, i was so excited to have it back on the car that i forgot to tak a pic of the done product! but thanks 4 responding
