Default Should I go Speed Density?

I'm would like to delete the MAF on my LS1 conversion. Why? I guess it's just one more component I don't want to deal with if I don't have to. But I'm wondering if I have an ideal setup to do this. Jeremy Formato is going to do the "mail order" tune on my PCM. Here are my mods....which aren't going to change in the forseeable future. I am in Michigan so my elevation is normal and I won't be driving the car in inclimate weather, only in the Summer. This is a 1968 Camaro with 4L60E 3000 stall TCI converter and 3.73 gears. 26" tall tires.

LS1 stock bottem end (ARP rod bolts)
TR224/114
TSP Ported LS6 oil pump
LS2 timing chain
Patriot Stage II LS6 heads
Hardened 7.4 pushrods
LS6 Intake
Ported Throttle Body
LS6 PVC conversion
ARP head bolts
AutoKraft conversion oil pan

What do you think? Keep the MAF? Go Speed Density if nothing is going to change?

I'm a SD fan myself. In fact every car I've tuned has ended up being SD just because the owners thought it felt better to them. To me there's a noticeable difference in throttle response and fueling transitions.
