Just got back from www.installuniversity.com. That site is excellent. It has a lot of the same information found in the stickys on this site but it also has the pictures to go with it. Lots of good, easy, and sometimes inexpensive fixes. Check it out.

I actually did the FRA MOD,And EGR MOD,it brought me down from my very first run 14.1 to a 13.7 i ran today.
I also have not had any temperature gain at idle.
I did the FRA different than install university and riveted a piece of aluminium to my core support and it overlays my radiator and condenser which acts as a heat shroud

Have you measured IATs, or are you going strickly by the temp guage? I have yet to see a FRA mod that didn't raise IATs at idle/in traffic. Even the FTRA raises IATs at idle. If you've developed a better mouse trap, I think it would benefit others too. Got pics?

I am going off the dash temp gauge,I have not noticed a differences as far as that goes.I will take some pics and post them.
