Default LS1/LS7 Swap

I am not entirely sure if this is the proper place for this post, but here we go.
I was curious if the 427 LS7 engine will fit into a 2001 Trans Am.
If so then excellent, if not what all is needed to make it fit?

Are you getting a REALLY good deal on an ls7? If not the price of swapping to it is usually not worth it.

It will directly go in..get a Cable 90mm Throttle Body, and you will have to find the Adapters for the Knock Sensors.

The only thing you will not be able to use is the Displacement on Demand feature, the F-body PCM doesn't have to provisions for it.
