Default [Q] AC/FAN Regulators Panel replacement

Hi,

I have a '98 Firebird V8. I have only 53K miles on it.
But I think due to FL heat, some of the switches are going
bad (and the fact is that I use the 'A/C' switch alot)

So right now it can only stay at the highest position.
At the dealership they told me that they have to replace
the whole pannel with all the switches -- and it is around 400
bucks (if I remember correctly)

I would like to know if there any aftermarket replacement
options for this thing (and I would like to get more functionality out of it -- may be some cool gages/switches/etc) I do not mind spending money on it -- just as long as it is functional and does more than
the standard thing.

And a similar question is about my turn singnal/hi-low beam lever
Now the hi-beam does not turn on at all (the indicator light is not on
either), and the left turn appears to be broken (the indicator green
indicator turns on -- but does not 'blink'), the right turn signal works correctly though...
so are there any after market options there -- if I replace it?

Thanks in advance
