Default quick yes or no question 4 manual fan switch

do i really have to use the 1 watt resistors on the low and high speed fan wires so the ses light wont come on??? thanks

i just got the little switch and wires from slp, really easy to hook up and no ses light

yes, I had to use 1 Watt 47 Ohm resistors, otherwise I was getting SES lights.
