Default BASIC header question, not about brand

I'm almost embarrased asking this but;

WHen a header company says ceramic coated, theyre reffering to the inside to dissipate heat right? Reason im asking is because im about to order some pacesetter lt's but was torn between the cheaper black ones vs the nicer chrome looking ones. ALso how long would they look good before before they change colors or rust.

ok bash away

the black ones take a month and they look rusty, the coated ones are
supposed to last a long time, some even give a lifetime warr.
no bashing here
