Can I pull out of gear without a clutch?
Maybe this is a stupid question but does it hurt a trans to pull it out of gear without using the clutch?
I've been driving sticks for all my life and doing it but I was just wondering if it hurts the drivetrain.

nope...and actually if you are in like say 3rd gear and pull it into neutral without a clutch and let off the gas until RPM drop to idle-ish...then rev it up and pull back it'll go smoothly into 4th.

If you pull it out of gear when you're accelerating or engine braking...you will eventually wear out the synchro's, or risk bending a shift fork.
Every gear/speed has a "sweet spot" in the throttle where there is no load (acceleration or braking) that will allow you to pull it out of gear or push it back into gear very smoothly without effort.
Basically, if it requires a decent amount of effort on the shifter to do it...it's going to eventually damage something.
