cam I would really love to get a cam in my car but I really dont know much about them can some one point me in the right direction to learn more about them and what else i will need to get if I get one?

i have a ms4 it is huge biggest you can fit in the 346 i wanted and im going to spray it until it dies but you cant get machined heads like afr and patroit but u can get cnc ls6 ported heads but it depends on what u want. i love the cam but it depends on what you want to do. forced air induction or not
