Default How much for an 02 SS LE?

How much would you pay for a 2002 Camaro SS Limited Edition? What seems to be the going prices? Im looking for one that isnt necessarily a low mile piece but something that I can drive and not feel guilty about driving. Say, something with 30-50k miles on it. Gotta be a 6-Speed too. T-Tops, no vert. Its the Camaro Ive wanted since High School and now I can afford one.

Ive bounced around in numerous F-body's, owned 2 LS1 Cars and a few third gens. I know its a good time to buy, hopefully I can find a decent deal on one.

Thanks,
Chris

yeah, Ive been looking at a few. I'll probably try to stay in the 30k mile range or less. Anymore ideas?

I'd say depending on how well its been kept, and how many miles are on it (between 30k and 50k) you are looking at $15,000-$20,000.

An 02 SS LE with super low miles can sometimes go $28,000+ still. But like you said, you are looking for something not as low mileage that you won't feel guilty about driving.

I don't know if I'd call it "cheap". Its still a bit above what you would pay for say a 99 Z28 with low miles, or an SS with more miles on it. Considering you can get good condition LT1 cars fo $4,000-$5,000, and good working LS1 cars for $8,000-$10,000 you are still paying a little premium for the 02 SS LE car.

That was a good deal 2 years ago. Today it would be almost impossible to find that car with those miles for that price.
