Default to all newbies with monsoon

if you blow any pof your speakers just go buy a new one form teh deaker. they are about teh same price as after market ones and they will sound just like ur stockers do. if you do buy aftermarket ones u wil loose sound quality. i did this an di am letting al of you know form my mistake. i bought my TA with one of teh sail panel speakers popped and i replaced them with aftermarket ones and i lost my bass that the stck stero had. so i just thought i woud put it out to al of you so not every one makes this mistake.

there are a lot of aftermarket speakers that will expand the sound quality of the monsoon system....you *** prolly bought some speakers that arn't even close to the ones you would need to buy(ie walmart specials).....there is a reason they have a stereo and electronics forum on this site....search it out...

What about Fosgate, Memphis. These 2 are my favorites and I don't know much about sound systems. I would never replace stock with stock. .02

Sony? thats why. sony is a name thats great for other electronics, but not speakers, and are you sure they werent Alpine? because Alpines got the type s stuff.

buy decent stuff and it wont suck, thats kind of the accepted fact.

and im not usually the one to get on people for bad typing, but try a littttttle harder, next time, thats pretty hard to read

Ok,

Shannon French you are obviously the ultimate newb. Sony does not make a Type-S, that is Alpine. So you are either dumb for buying Sony speakers, or your dumb for buying full range speakers (the Alpine's) for the sail panels. The sail panels need either ED 7kv.2, a CDT midbass driver, or some other QUALITY sort of midbass driver or woofer. No treble is supposed to come out of them.

Now that you have given terrible advice, and possible caused some newb to go buy a stock speaker as a replacement. Go read the sticky.

/rant

Edit: Notice the word QUALITY, which never describes Sony speakers if you actually DID your research.
