Try posting this in the pcm/tuning section.

It may be in the tune. I posted something in the LT1-LT4 section about getting a PCM4Less tune, and a lot of people reported having problems with their tunes from them. They told me to look more into MadZ28 tunes than PCM4Less.

Simple fix, open the throttle blades a bit. When you scan it you will find your IAC counts maxed out to 160 counts. Open the throttle blades so that you get it down to 30 to 40 and then adjust the TPS to .67 volts at idle and all will be well. The vehicle is basically choking to death since the IAC is at it's max and is not able to open up enough to allow in the necessary air for idle.
If you need any help drop me a call,
Bryan

well there ya go.

I am guessing that you are in a area that doesn't have a dyno shop around.
