i bought this car a month ago i have wanted a F-body since i was 16 now i finally have one. it has the ss body kit on it i think with the rear spoiler. the hood is really light, i think it is fiber glass. the ram air is functional. i think that it has a diffrent intake.

it may have the ls6 intake...i have the 99 ss and it does not have the ls6 intake. i thought the only one with it was '02 but i could be wrong

any one have a pick of the intake because this doesnt look anything like my frineds 98 z's intake

looks like this

should have a hose connecting to your intake manifold, if you dont have this then you probably have a different intake, possibly an ls6 but i doubt it because you live in California and they are picky about emission stuff like an EGR.

ok i dont see the egr valve but i do see the pipe...
