Ask for a clear pic of the build sticker (on driver's door). Look for RPO # WU8.

Not automatically. It's an option.

Again, check the build sticker. Posting an example I copied from elsewhere on this forum. See the WU8 ?? That's the RPO for an SS Camaro.

Id say its real but no way to confirm without that door code and vin#. Eitherway that looks like a awesome and rare optioned ss being a hardtop with cloth interior and with low miles it seems like a very good price

i'm not sure either on this, I think those controls were only on the 2000 SS and newer models, but I've seen them on z28's also.I've never seen them on a Z older than the 2000 model yr.

Who cares! It has 13,xxx on the clock! Jk, the RPO code is going to give you the definitive answer. And even if it isn't, I'd still take it for $14-16K. I can only dream of my car having that low of miles.

wow i'd check to see if thats a 1LE!!!! no power accessories with cloth and a hardtop hmmmm

well i know some people think all SS' came with leather(UNTRUE), T-tops (UNTRUE), full power accessories (UNTRUE) and that Camaro plaque sayin Camaro SS (UNTRUE) i know this cause my 2000 SS is a hardtop with cloth interior and no rear defogger, it came with the stereo controls on the wheel but definately not the Camaro SS plaque and i've checked through SLP and it's #846

Mine's a hard top from the factory, i have the buttons on the steering wheel and i have full power accessories and i have a rear defogger and 9000 hp stock. Just kidding about the defogger.

Speaking of options, I took these when my car was in repair for the sail panel. What do the numbers mean on the passanger side door weld, sits along the windshield, upper right hand side of the picture...
