I know of a couple,
LS1 How To.com
Install University.com
Project Trans Am.com

Should help answer some questions, anybody got any others?

I think the ./ is there because the file "antenna.htm" is located on the folder above the www.blackcamaro.com

The blackcamaro.com Website also has a number of other installation instructions, accessible from the front page of the site.

Actually a lot of people would finish a sentence with my site URL on the message boards, which would cause the "." to get included in the link (which would give page not found), so I added a DNS entry to allow the trailing "." to work. If you remove the period it works fine as well :-)
