New to LS1, few questions... i just put my 2002 SS in the shop for headers, y pipe and borla catback. i also replaced the stock lid with the SLP lid and replaced the tube behind the mas air sensor with a smooth belo(spelling sorry). i'd also like to get the port and polish T/B. im not running cats and would like to know if i can get it tuned to pass state inspection in texas? reguardless of all that where in Dallas/ Fort Worth does a good job on the port and polish on the T/B?

without cats, you will fail in an emissions county. just the way it is.. if will not pass the visual check (if it had it from factory, it is required) you may get lucky and they wont look if you tune it and delete the rear o2s so no CEL comes on. If you are planning on doing an HCI upgrade, just wait on the tune, it will run fine till the big boltons are done.
