WD40 would help, just let it soak for a while. We used Conklins Rust Bomb a lot at the old dealership i worked better than WD40. Another thing that sounds crazy but actually works is to coat the bolt with beezewax and heat it up with a heat gun or something similar. Sounds crazy but works wonders when it gets into the threads.

also, when adjusting it should i have it up on the jacks with the rear hanging down? or have the rear jacked up? and while taking the bolts off have it jacked up or the rear hanging?

BIG *** BREAKER BAR, then air tools.

Adjusting, Have the rear on jackstands with them placed on the unibody so the axle hangs freely. Then jack up the rear until its where it would be. Then, adjust the panhard and it will move itself on the jack or the jack will pull with it.

go buy you some PB Blaster, like in the same area as the WD40.

wd40 is a lube more than a rust breaker. the PB blaster spray is desienged to break through rust

Heat and wax, works every time. It will work with the girls in your picture too?! The WD-40 is just cologne.

i agree with the PB blaster it is good stuff. helped break loose the manifold bolts on the old pos 76 when i swaped the motor. After almost 30 years of rust on them i only twisted off one bolt. Also get out the torch but becareful because most penitrating fluid is flamible

it's a lot easier to do this if you jack the car up from the axle housing rather than the frame
