full exhaust, lid, a ms3 cam, a set of stage2.5 5.3 heads, and a tune will be a damn good start

ducktape, nos sticker, spray painted rims and some flame decals. oh and some really dark tint and a few subs from walmart will do it. no but on a serious note, full bolt ons, a 9 inch or 12 bolt with 3.73s or 4.10s, ss3600, other simple things like cai or lid, exhaust, lts, ported tb, little things like that.

Full exhaust and a 75 shot of juice would have you damn close, with a good bit of torque to spare

haha kinda funny... but back to the topic... the rear end and stall converter aren't going to help him hit 400whp

just get a big cam and an ls6 intake with full exhaust and headers. that's would get you pretty close but then adding the ducktape and spray painted wheels will put you over the top!

well 400rwhp isnt going to be too great with a stock 10 bolt with 2.73s. even the performance rear which i have has 3.23's and thats not the greatest either, certainly wouldnt want to run 400rwhp through it.

It'll be just fine with a decent converter.
