Bolt On 515 HP Trick Flow kit....Any good?
Hey I have been checking into a ls1 swap for my 63 Chevy II and I came across a kit from trick flow. Its supposed to give you 515 horsepower to the crank I am assuming. How accurate are these numbers? Anyone used a bolt on kit that gives you more power?

I think it's worth the cash if you want one sick *** LS1.
Get a LS6 or a Weiand intake + a bad *** tune that **** should rock. . . . The stock 10 bolt appart that is, with about 550 horse.

ive seen this combo before on an ls1, and it only made high 400's low 500's hp...i think they set the hp number using a new ls1, so theres some loss, but still a good package

Oh ok. Well I am new to the whole LS1 thing. Whats the best kit out there. Or would you suggest a set of heads and a cam seperately? I dont want to do anything to the bottom end....its just a daily (sleeper) driver. Oh and what kind of pump gas would you have to run?
