Default HSW jetting size and what shot should i be running?

I have a NOS wet kit/ HSW 90mm plate. My setup, in addition to this consists of a FAST 90/90 intake, 231/237 cam, full exhaust along with a racetronix fuel pump. The car is a 6sp and currently makes 420ish rwhp. I have heard that the HSW jets are a little bit more powerful than others, aka a 75 shot will net you close to 100 rwhp, or so i have heard from some people, just checking the validity of this claim. This being said, what size shot should i run while still keeping somewhat "safe"? thanks.

Default

HSW rates their shots as RWHP, some companies do BHP, that will be the reason some seem bigger than others.

100rwhp shot will be .052

"Safe" depends on your tune.
