Default What else do I need to make this ZEX kit work?

Hi, I have a generic Zex nitrous kit for fuel injected cars. It's a wet kit, and it's throttle activated, hooks up to the trottle position sensor, and only activates at WOT. I had it sitting around in my garage, so instead of letting it go to waste, I figured I'd use it. It came with a remote bottle opener, and a switch to arm the solenoid box. The thing only came with pills up to a 75 shot, so I should be safe running it on stock timing. Is there anything special I need to do to hook this thing up to my LS1? Also, can I run fuel to the solenoid box from the fuel lines on the drivers side of the engine bay, running to the intake?

I'm just trying to figure out how this kit would differ from a standard LS1 wet kit.

A set of tr6 plugs and the little tool to get the shrader valve out of the fuel rail and you should be good.
Do you have the right fuel jet to go with the nitrous jet?

Yep, Zex was actually nice enough to send me a new nozzle and new jets for free, 35, 55, and 75 hp, as they were not in the kit.
Plugs seem simple, but where do you get that tool from?

Contact Zex, or probably any nitrous sponser and they can help you out.
I'm not sure, but maybe a local parts store as well.

The tool is just a shrader valve tool for like removing a valve stem out of the tire.

I would suggest adding a ZEX windowswitch and a bottle heater for the system to fuction properly.

Let me know if I can help. We stock Zex products as well.
Dave
