Default stock bottem end, now adding nitrous!?

my car dynoed at 427whp a few weeks ago.. this is the stock bottem end ls1 2002 year.. all bolts on bottem end are now arp pro bolts.. but now im thinking on adding a 100shot of nitrous wet kit.. not sure if its wise for the drag strip only since im on the stock bottem end basically.. would it hold or should i just say no to the funny gas? dont wanna toast my camaro this soon after getting it built..

honestly its been too cold here to be able to run it since the build. i cant run at the track here till aprilish maybe march.. but i want to install the nitrous soon so when it does open i can do some natural runs and then a nitrous pass just for giggles

Yes that will definitley hold. You could run well in excess of a 100 shot if you wanted. Fuel system upgrades are necessary, but the motor would def. hold

I'm still on a stock bottom end with a tad over 130k miles. I spray 200+ and haven't had any issues yet.

The motor will handle it. Nitrous needs fuel, give it fuel and the motor will be happy.

you'll be fine. If it was me i'd do a 150 shot, i'm running 150 now and its 100% reliable with no issues.

It should hold just fine, im making in the 450rwhp range right now on the stock bottom end and im going to put forged rods and pistons and fresh bearings. Really the only reason im doing it though is because im also going with a bigger cam with teh new motor to get in the 470rwhp range and spraying a 200 shot on top of that, and because im carefull.

excellent.. i have a wet kit is what im going to buy and i already have a 255 fuel pump and the motor has #28 injectors, i dont see why a 100-150shot wet wont be an issue for my fuel pump do you guys?
