Default Car stalled after 150 shot!!!!!

First time I sprayed the 150 shot on the street. Went from 3rd and as soon as the juice hit it roasted the tires and bounced off the rev limiter. Window switch did its job!! Got into 4th and it pulled hard and really didn't spin. Let off on the tail end of 4th and was just coasting it down when I noticed no fuel pressure. Recalled the run on scanmaster and everyting was all good, but car had stalled. So it didnt stall while at wot while sprayin but after I let off. Its a TNT F1 kit, maybe the fuel noid sucked the lines dry and she ran out of fuel??? any ideas???

never heard of that one. Do you have a aftermarket fuel pump? Friend had a problem with his car that the fuel line came off of the pump in the tank and had no fuel pressure shortly after install. Something clogging the filter? Does the car have fuel pressure now? MORE INFO NEEDED!!!

More info needed....

But its safe to say, you may have to pull your pump/assembly and check the connections and lines. Also your filter.
My best guess is you have a stock fuel pump, and that should be replaced while you have the pump pulled anyway.

As soon as I realized the car stalled I started it right back up. Fired the first try no hesitation. I have an inline walbro 225 l/ph fuel pump. I sprayed the 150 shot on the dyno w/ wideband and it was rich all the way through the 4th gear pull. Somewhere around 11.1 (w/ 100 octane). So plenty of fuel. What I noticed though was that the longer I sprayed on the road (3rd and 4th instead of just 4th like the dyno) that the fuel pressure seemed to drop. When the juice hit fuel pressure went from right at 60 psi to like 48ish. Then back to like 55 psi then as it pulled 4th droped to like 50. I think the inline just isn't keepin up. I haven't replaced the fuel filter and not sure if there are any restrictions in the factory fuel lines. I know the inline pump connections are all good.

Sounds like you need to upgrade the fuel pump. Like you said, it probably isn't keeping up. Also, I am guessing you have a FPSS, ya definitely dont want to spray on no fuel pressure.

I wonder if he is getting a voltage drop to his fuel pump. That is not exactly common, but I had the problem. I switched to a Racetronix setup with a larger fuel pump. My car is still on the lift, so I can't give any real testimony on how well it work until I get a good weekend in at the track. Which at the rate things are going will be either this winter in Texas, or next spring at my home track.

The factory pump is choking the inline pump.
Install a good in-tank HP fuel pump with upgraded wiring and you will be set for 550RWHP+.

What model year is your car?

Sounds like it was way too rich or a leaky fuel solenoid. Probably just died from an overly rich condition.

I would love to install an intank pump. Too bad there isn't a simple plug and play setup out there. I heard through the grape vine that a certain company was working on that(Hint-Hint). Any update on this?? cars is a 2001
