TPS wire

I have an 02 WS6. My TPS wire should be dark blue in pin 24 of the red connector. I have a regular blue wire in pin 24 but it gives my >9.99 volts. Any idea which wire I should try next.

Go off of the blue wire coming off the TPS sensor itself. Thats where we have always gotten a good signal.
