Default Nitrous kit wires

I bought a nitrous kit from a member on here and i am going to be wiring it up to a switch panel instead of individual toggle switches. I have a question, what were these two plugs used for so close to the toggle switch. Does anyone recognize what they would be used for? From what i can tell this is the main power for the system.....

If I were to guess I would say that is your opener switch, and the weather pack connector ends are probably to the opener and represent a + and a - to the opener, or are the + and - from the power source (battery or "switched power").
