Default Stronger bottom end for nitrious...

I am about to pull my motor for a rebuild and to repair the broken corner of the block where the starter mounts up Anyways i was just curious on what internals would be best to put back in it because im wanting to spray 150 or so to it after the rebuilt. Thanks

Stock rods and pistons will hold 150 with ease. If you want some added strength then you can either just get a set of forged pistons or you can do pistons and rods.

I have had great luck out of my Eagle H beams with ARP-2000 bolts and Diamond pistons.

It would be a good idea to get a good set of MLS head gaskets and ARP head studs or at least ARP bolts.

You will probably get 1000 different answers on here about what brand to run. At the shop I work at we have had good luck out of Eagle, Callies Compstars, Diamond, Wiseco, and JE. Any of them will be fine. Honestly, stock stuff will be fine for what you are wanting to do. Just don't skimp on the fasteners.(head, rod, main bolts/studs)

I would definatly go with some head studs.

if on a budget eagle rods with upgraded bolts, and diamond or wiseco pistons. I like the new wiseco pistons ring set up they have.

If you have some money get lunati rods and you choice of piston.

there are lots of options out there like BAKED said.
